Customer called requesting us to transfer load into one of their other trailers.
We offloaded, repalletized, shrink wrapped and reloaded into trailer. Uprighted
truck away from our trucks. Winched it out of the ditch. Regraded shoulder
and towed unit to our facility.

10pm evening call. Received a call to respond to I-91 Northbound near exit 6.
Large section of a carnival ride fell off the trailer and overturned in the
median.
Uprighted unit then vertically lifted and reloaded onto the trailer.
